CONSULTANCY

In addition to the use of engineering management and application cost accounting methods in the follow-up and control of projects, consultancy services are provided in the light of basic principles in budgeting, estimation/quantification studies and cost management.

Representation is provided on behalf of the client in all design and implementation phases of the projects from concept to realization. In this context, consultancy services are provided on project planning, budget compliance, cost control, determination and compliance with project time constraints, change orders, dispute resolution in accordance with the quality requirements of contract documents.
